Wet N Wild Fergie Gel Eyeliner Review

ww1

Move over liquid eyeliners, your days of streaky and unpigmented eyelining are over.

Hello there gel eyeliner, where have you been all my life?!

ww10

Gel eyeliners have been around for quite a while, but I had been previously betrayed by a popular brand that ended up smudging all over the place. But fear not, I returned to Target and got my hands on these two Wet N Wild gel eyeliners. For starters, I’ve had them for about three years now, and they haven’t hardened or lost their creaminess.

The pigmentation is absolutely insane! The black is the blackest black I have ever used, and the cocoa color is absolutely perfect to use to fill in your eyebrows. I used it religiously to fill in my brows for eight months when I had black hair and I have barely made a dent in the pot.

The black is on the left, and the cocoa is on the right.

Once  swatched these on my hand, I tried smudging it with my index finger and it would not budge at all. In fact, you literally need a makeup remover to get these to come off. Ordinary soap and water is not going to cut it.

For $3 a pop at Target, these Wet N Wild gel eyeliners are everything. They are pigmented, smudge-proof, and last a ridiculously long time as an eyeliner and as a brow pomade. I’m going on year four with these two pots, and I’m sure I’ll have many more years with them!
